The Make a Difference Award for Q4 of 2019 was presented to Digital Account Coordinator, Kaila Starita. Originating from the agency’s brand statement, the Make a Difference Award is given to an employee who goes above and beyond making a difference for the agency, its clients and in the community.

Kaila has proven to be an invaluable asset to R&J and its clients. With her in-depth understanding of the dynamic and ever-changing digital landscape, Kaila has engineered, executed and managed numerous successful digital campaigns for clients in both the B2C and B2B spaces.  Each of these campaigns is designed to achieve specific objectives, utilizing the appropriate mix of platforms, content and strategies to maximum effect. Her insightful analysis of campaign performance and ability to present complex, technical data in a way that is easy to understand has made a big difference for her clients and colleagues as well.
