“The recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey is a direct reflection of our employees’ success not only in the workplace, but also in crafting and sustaining a positive work-life balance that builds not only better employees but better people as well,” said John Lonsdorf, President of R&J Strategic Communications. “Our ultimate goal as an agency is to make a difference – in our clients’ businesses, in our communities and in the lives of our employees. Being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey and ranking so highly in our category and amongst industry peers are clear indications that we’re achieving that goal.”
Companies from across the state completed a rigorous two-step survey process through which the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey were selected. A majority of the scoring comes from employee experience surveys, as well as evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Best Companies Group, who manages the registration process and survey, uses the combined scores and data analyzation expertise to determine the final rankings within the top 100 workplaces.
