The Make a Difference Award for Q4 of 2020 was presented to Account Supervisor, Dan Johnson. Originating from the agency’s brand statement, the Make a Difference Award is given to an employee who goes above and beyond making a difference for the agency, its clients and in the community.
Since joining R&J in 2016, Dan has continuously proven himself to be an invaluable member and leader of the agency’s real estate team. Over the last 12 months, Dan’s exceptional work has made a tangible, meaningful difference for R&J clients in a sector that has been among the most profoundly impacted by the COVID pandemic. His deep knowledge of the real estate industry, paired with his ability to develop and execute highly-effective, integrated marketing campaigns has strengthened the quality and depth of R&J’s services, as well as the agency as a whole.
Dan is also a driving force in shaping the agency’s culture. He is an integral contributor to the agency’s business development initiatives and helps lead programs to make a difference in the local community. Dan also donates his time to the Urban Land Institute’s UrbanPlan program which teaches high school students about the real estate development process. Through the volunteer program, Dan provides students with insights on the important role that PR plays in successful real estate development.
In giving the Make a Difference Award, we applaud Dan’s dedication to making a difference in the community, the agency and bringing value to R&J’s clients every day. In honor of Dan’s award, the agency will be making a donation to Market Street Mission located in Morristown, NJ. Market Street Mission strives to help the homeless, hungry, and those struggling with addiction through God’s love and the basic necessities to help them get back on their feet.
