At R&J, “Make a Difference” is more than just our brand statement. It’s our mission. It’s the guiding principle that informs every strategy we develop, every decision we make and every action we take in support of our teammates, our clients and our communities.
Over the course of our 30+ year history, we have had the good fortune of working with a number of organizations that share our commitment to making a difference, many of which exist for the sole purpose of doing just that. We are extremely proud of the work that we’ve done in support of these organizations, and grateful for the opportunities they’ve afforded us to make meaningful contributions to their important work.
Every one of us at R&J also firmly believes in donating our time, resources and expertise in support of issues and causes that are near and dear to our hearts. Sidewalks of Support
During Mental Health Awareness Month, we invited healthcare, human services and non-profit organizations to join us in Sidewalks of Support, a creative, community-driven chalk campaign to share messages of encouragement, resilience and hope.
NAMI’s 2026 theme, “Stigma grows in silence. Healing begins in community,” reminds us that when we show visible support for mental health and create opportunities for connection, we help break stigma and remind people they are not alone.
Sidewalks of Support is a simple way to bring that message to life. Throughout the campaign, participating organizations turned the theme into action by gathering their teams, wearing green, and creating chalk messages outside their offices and in public spaces, bringing reminders of encouragement, hope and connection to our communities.
