The R&J Make a Difference Award for Q1 of 2018 was presented to Digital Account Coordinator, Maria Bayas. Originating from the agency’s brand statement, the Make a Difference Award is given to an employee who goes above and beyond in making a difference for the agency, its clients and in the community.

Since joining R&J as an intern, Maria has consistently proven to be an asset to the firm and our clients. She quickly demonstrated an affinity and aptitude for digital marketing and social media, playing an integral role in growing a digital and social media presence for R&J’s clients, as well as for our own social channels, across various platforms. Maria continues to make a difference for the agency’s clients by identifying digital marketing opportunities and by providing strategic recommendations that advance client goals.
