In support of our brand statement, R&J has started a new company tradition of honoring an employee with the quarterly Make A Difference Award. The award is given to the employee who has gone above and beyond to make a difference; whether it be for our clients, within the community or in their own personal lives. The first recipient of the Make A Difference Award is Senior Account Executive Tracey Benjamini.

Tracey has gone above and beyond for our clients in the wake of our transition to R&J Strategic Communications and continuously makes a difference for both our clients and our company. We offer our sincerest congratulations to Tracey and are thankful for her dedication to making a difference.
