The Bridgewater Business Park is a key property in Somerset county for industrial properties. With over 380,000-square-feet, the park is home to a variety of tenants. R&J client Denholtz Associates recently secured a 10-year, $3.975-million refinancing on five of the flex-industrial properties within the park, totaling 115,714 square feet.
