R&J secured a feature for the summer party at The Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital  (RWJUH) on August 18, 2016. Monica Morales from WPIX 11 News covered the annual summer party at the children’s hospital that gives current and former patients the opportunity to have some fun with family, friends and hospital staff. Morales spoke with party guests and Richard Drachtman, MD, Interim Chief, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Rutgers Cancer Institute about what the summer party means for the children and the hospital. Some of the children even had the opportunity to share their excitement on TV. Morales also presented a special gift on behalf of Toys “R” Us to Barbara Romito, MA, CCLS, Director, Child Life Program, The Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at RWJUH at the party.
