R&J Strategic Communications, a full-service integrated marketing and public relations agency, is pleased to announce the addition of Heather Dickerson as Assistant Account Executive. Dickerson will support the agency’s strong and growing healthcare and human services practice.

In her new role, Dickerson will support R&J’s account management team by taking an active role in planning and executing integrated communications strategies, servicing client accounts, and building on the agency’s strong media relations capabilities.

Prior to joining R&J, Dickerson held positions with Courtney Daniels Consulting, and Light of Gold PR, both located in New York, N.Y., where she honed her account service and media relations skills. Dickerson, an Andover, N.J. resident, holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Montclair State University.
