Dr. Jag Sunderram, Medical Director of the Comprehensive Sleep Disorders Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, was featured as a guest on NBC New York 4 for a segment on Sleep Awareness Week© 2016. The National Sleep Foundation announced that the theme of this year’s Sleep Awareness Week© was #7Days4BetterSleep, during which they shared a new tip for healthier sleep each day.

On March 11, 2016, Dr. Sunderram sat with John Chandler to discuss the importance of getting an adequate amount of sleep. He also shared healthy habits for sleep, expanding on the seven tips shared by The National Sleep Foundation during Sleep Awareness Week© 2016 .
